_{Looks like Mega Absol just got fancier with that top hat}

Eventually it was going to come to a time that I would once again draw another one of my beloved Mega Pokemon Gijinkas.

Yep I drew Mikhail my Mega Absol Gijinka that I adopted a while back from _{who really made such a wonderful design of a Mega Absol Gijinka which I still adore to this very day because of my intense love for fluffy things} with,and well the first ref I drew of him is rather old so eventually he was gonna get a updated ref.

The fedora _{or at least I thought it was a fedora}..I kept messing up badly with his hat whenever I did drew it and I thought to replace the fedora with a top hat to make him look super fancy since his design looks really fancy like in my opinion.
